About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Trade Operative to join our team on an ongoing contract basis. As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of tasks across different trades, including carpentry, plastering, plumbing, tiling, and painting and decorating.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out carpentry tasks, including fitting and assembling furniture and fixtures
  • Perform plastering work, including applying and finishing plaster to walls and ceilings
  • Install and repair plumbing systems, including pipes and fixtures
  • Install and maintain tiling systems, including walls and floors
  • Apply paint and decorate surfaces, including walls and ceilings

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in the residential sector
