Responsabilités :

  • Fournir un soutien ciblé aux élèves afin de gérer les comportements difficiles.
  • Mettre en œuvre et surveiller des plans de soutien comportemental individuels.
  • Collaborer avec les enseignants, les responsables de l'éducation spécialisée et les agences externes pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques.
  • Favoriser des relations positives avec les élèves pour encourager leur développement social et émotionnel.
  • Contribuer au développement et à la mise en œuvre d'initiatives comportementales à l'échelle de l'établissement.
  • Fournir des retours d'information aux enseignants et aux parents sur les progrès des plans de soutien comportemental.


Qualifications et compétences :

  • Une expérience avérée dans un rôle similaire est un atout.
  • Empathie et passion sincère pour la promotion d'un comportement positif chez les élèves.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
  • Capacité à travailler en collaboration avec les enseignants, les élèves et les parents.
  • Connaissance des stratégies et interventions de gestion du comportement pertinentes.
