Job Summary

The Recruitment Co. is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team. As a key member of our Site Supply team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse and raw materials storage facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate materials handling equipment in accordance with company standards.
  • Manage FIFO ingredients/pallet rotation and cycle count processes and audits.
  • Conduct stock check activities and perpetual inventory checks.
  • Work collaboratively with the Site Supply team to achieve daily site supply plans.
  • Accurately complete monitoring systems and report any non-conformances.
  • Support the delivery of key performance indicators for the factory.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement within the work environment/equipment/systems.
Requirements
  • Previous experience with materials handling equipment (counterbalance, reach, PPT, LLOP).
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including days and nights.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
