Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven and creative individual to lead our store team in Cardiff. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and coaching and developing store team members to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate store team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure a visually appealing store environment
  • Coach and develop store team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and inventory control
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and promotions to drive business growth
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead in a retail environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-driven and creative approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
