About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team at CV Screen Ltd. As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the senior finance team in ensuring the smooth running of the accounts function.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Financial Controller in the smooth running of all aspects of the accounts function, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Timely production of Management Accounts, including analysis and interpretation of financial data.
- Preparation and control of stores payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Control and Bank Account reconciliations, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- Day-to-day contact with the company's bankers and suppliers, building strong relationships and ensuring smooth communication.
- Supporting the Operations Department in the smooth running and control of the stores, including inventory management and stock control.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of high-level management controls and standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist with the consolidation of the UK Group and reporting to the listed parent company, providing accurate and timely financial information.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a Management Accountant or Financial Accountant in a retail or similar environment, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- At least part-qualified (ACA / ACCA or CIMA) with a strong desire to continue professional development.
