About the Role

Azenta Life Sciences is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management and control of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring that all inventory transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain records of all stockroom locations, ensuring that all stock items are properly labeled and accounted for.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Plan and coordinate the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize warehouse operations, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role, with a strong understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
