Embedded Software Engineer Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to join our R&D team at Premier Group Recruitment. As an Embedded Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing embedded software for our clients in the appliances, electrical, and electronics manufacturing industries.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Design and develop embedded software for ARM-based microcontrollers using C programming
* Maintain existing test and application code
* Develop new test and application code
* Collaborate with the R&D team to ensure seamless integration of software and hardware

**Requirements**

* 3+ years of experience in embedded software development
* Strong knowledge of C programming and ARM-based microcontrollers
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

**What We Offer**

* Competitive salary range of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
* Annual holiday entitlement of 32 days paid per full year
* Pension scheme
