Job Title: Teacher of Social Sciences

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Teacher of Social Sciences to join our team at OnlyFE. As a Teacher of Social Sciences, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our students, focusing on AQA A level Psychology, AQA A Level Sociology, and Level 3 Certificate and Diploma in Criminology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students, promoting academic excellence and personal growth.
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans, ensuring alignment with college standards and objectives.
  • Assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to support individual development.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering a sense of community and respect among students and staff.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, resources, and expertise, enhancing the overall quality of education.

Requirements:

  • Relevant teaching qualifications and experience in Social Sciences.
  • Strong subject knowledge and expertise in Psychology, Sociology, and Criminology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and external partners.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
