Installation Supervisor

Position Title: Installation Supervisor

Location: Preston area

Compensation: £35,360 - £41,600 (Based on Experience)

Work Schedule: 40 Hours per week, Monday to Thursday - 4:30 PM / Friday - 2 PM

Employee Benefits:

  • 25 days of annual leave plus Bank Holidays
  • Standard company Pension plan
  • Discretionary year-end bonus (not guaranteed)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel away for work approximately 4 days each week
  • Oversee and manage a team of installation professionals on-site
  • Interpret manufacturing or electrical schematics
  • Complete Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) documentation and company forms
  • Perform audits and inspections on equipment
  • Provide training and guidance to team members

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing installation or service teams
  • SSSTS certification as a minimum requirement
  • 18th Edition Electrical qualification
  • Valid UK Driving Licence
  • Extensive experience with power tools
  • Forklift Truck (Counterbalance / Telehandlers) certification
  • Security Clearance
  • Additional Qualifications: IPAF, PASMA
