Position:
Senior Maintenance Engineer - Production / Operations

Compensation:
£51,500 plus a potential bonus of £2,000, along with a standard pension plan featuring 4% employer and 5% employee contributions, and an enhanced pension option with 8% employer and 12% employee contributions (approximately £6,000 annually).

Work Schedule:
5-day work week, Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts including Nights, Afternoons, and Mornings. Early finish on Friday's late shift, from 6 pm to midnight.


The engineer will deliver technical guidance to reduce operational and production inefficiencies while playing a vital role in mentoring, training, and resolving issues faced by technicians and operators.

You will be responsible for making operational choices to ensure that products are produced in accordance with established plans and adhere to quality and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols
- Mentoring and enhancing the skills of technicians and operators
- Possessing an engineering qualification or technical college degree (e.g., mechanical, electrical) with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the FMCG sector
- Familiarity with SAP PM module, particularly in work order management
