Internship Program Overview

Our 4-month paid Internship Program in London offers a unique opportunity for talented individuals to fast-track their careers in a high-paced environment with a continuously steep learning curve. As part of our team, you will have the chance to work closely with our high-performing team and the founder of our company, Mads Faurholt.

Responsibilities

As an intern, you will be part of building and scaling companies, which may involve responsibilities such as:

  • Supporting our recruitment function, covering everything from candidate sourcing to speaking with potential candidates
  • Building and maintaining valuable relationships with key players from the industry, such as CEOs, entrepreneurs, and co-founders of successful companies
  • Working on marketing and social media content creation, developing, implementing, and managing social media and marketing strategy
  • Data analysis, extracting the correct data for analysis, and ability to interpret and relay the data
Requirements

We are looking for individuals with an unparalleled work ethic, a high sense of urgency, and a relentless drive to be the best at what they do. You should have a bachelor's degree with outstanding results, experience from part-time work and/or extracurricular activities, and be fluent in English written and spoken. Additionally, you should possess exceptional attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
