Job Opportunity: DI Field Service Engineer

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with our esteemed client as a DI Field Service Engineer, covering a designated region in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and maintenance for ultrasound equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive maintenance and service for ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Offer telephone assistance and conduct field visits throughout the assigned region, providing timely and effective support to customers and end-users.
  • Complete all administrative tasks and documentation after work completion, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers and end-users, fostering trust and confidence in our services.

Requirements:
  • HNC/D Electronics or equivalent qualification.
  • Formal training in technical training with a relevant manufacturer.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven experience in the repair and calibration of ultrasound equipment.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Attendance of OEM or other relevant device-specific training, with relevant certificates.
