Integration Partnership Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Integration Partnership Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our partners to improve health and wellbeing outcomes for our population.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Connect Integration Partnerships Manager in delivering the portfolio of work associated with INT, Alliance and Integrated Care Board priorities and programmes.
- Work closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparent and highly effective consultation and involvement processes.
- Develop and manage the team's work programme and associated risk and issue management.
- Proactively engage with partners to share best practice and support roll out where required.
- Ensure joined up working between Babergh and Mid Suffolk Council and Alliance colleagues.
The NHS Suffolk and North-East Essex Integrated Care Board (ICB) plans and buys healthcare services for our population. We work within a budget of around £1 billion, set by NHS England, and work closely with local government and the NHS providers in our area.
Requirements- Experience of complex stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of monitoring budgets and business planning processes.
- Experience of successfully operating in a politically sensitive environment.
- Experience of managing risks and reporting.
- Experience in information development, analysis and benchmarking.
- Demonstrate experience of delivering and managing competing demands in a time-constrained environment.
- Experience of partnership working and ability to develop sustainable relationships with key bodies and individuals.
