The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Coordinator to support our Field Support Team in improving efficiency and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

  • Ensure the efficient deployment of equipment and work closely with Area Managers, Team Managers, Area Venue Managers, and Show Co-ordinators to achieve smooth running of all operations.
  • Manage the recording of stock movement, storage, and warehouse management.
  • Liaise with insurance companies for repairs and manage the accident reporting process for area company vehicles.
  • Be responsible for all maintenance inquiries and ensure all logs are updated.
  • Control cost and stock tracking spreadsheets.
  • Support office-based requirements, including meeting catering and annual check coordination.
  • Manage vehicle inspection reports, ensuring forms are sent out and returned on a monthly basis.
  • Provide first-line support for the Field on tablet queries and issues.
  • Record accidents in the field and in Head Office using DocuSign.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Previous logistics/warehouse/supply chain and administrative experience.
  • IT literacy, particularly in Excel.
  • Confident face-to-face and telephone communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with a good team player attitude.
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Able to cope with the physical demands of the role, including moving boxes of stock and packaging.
  • A UK Driving License, as this role requires daily commuting to our office in Ruscombe, Reading.
