Key Responsibilities:

• Classroom Oversight: Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a constructive and secure learning environment.
• SEN Assistance: Provide support to students with special educational needs, helping them navigate challenges in their learning.
• Lesson Implementation: Execute pre-prepared lessons, ensuring students remain engaged and managing any disruptions effectively.
• Team Collaboration: Work in conjunction with support staff to enrich the educational experience.
• Student Welfare: Advocate for the safeguarding and well-being of all students.
