As a key member of the Correct Contract Services Limited team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert Health and Safety support to our construction sites. This will involve conducting regular site inspections and audits, providing guidance and advice, delivering training, and ensuring that our central policies and procedures are upheld on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all site-based activities comply with the latest Health and Safety regulations and guidelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Provide expert guidance and advice to site personnel on Health and Safety matters.
- Develop and deliver training programs to site personnel on Health and Safety best practices.
- Collaborate with site managers and supervisors to ensure that Health and Safety policies and procedures are implemented and enforced.
- Monitor and report on Health and Safety performance metrics to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Health and Safety management in a construction environment.
- Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
