Audit & Accounts Senior Manager/Partner Designate Opportunity

Levitate Recruitment, a leading accountancy and insolvency recruitment specialist, is partnering with a prominent accountancy practice to find an experienced Audit & Accounts Senior Manager/Partner Designate. The firm has experienced significant growth over the past 12 months, attracting new clients based on their exceptional service and reputation in the North West.

The practice now seeks a senior manager to oversee the management and development of their audit team, taking responsibility for a varied portfolio of clients across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the audit process from planning to finalization, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Organize and plan workload across the team, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with the Partner to set budgets, negotiate fees, and monitor billings.
  • Manage the audit team, providing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular contact throughout the year.
  • Contribute to advisory projects based on client requirements.

This role offers a unique opportunity for future leaders to grow within the firm, with potential for Partnership in the next 2 years. The ideal candidate will possess ACA/ACCA qualifications, at least 3 years of PQE, and strong knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and International Auditing Standards.

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified.
  • At least 3 years of PQE.
  • Strong knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and International Auditing Standards.
  • Experience in performing an RI audit role is advantageous.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.
