About the Role:As a Purchasing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' procurement processes and ensuring the smooth operation of their administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:- General Purchase Administration: Manage and oversee the purchasing process, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- File Scanning and Document Checking: Scan, organise, and verify purchase-related documents to maintain accurate records.
- General Office Support: Provide administrative assistance to the purchasing team, including managing correspondence and handling office tasks.
- Experience: Proven experience in a purchasing or administrative role, with a strong understanding of general purchase administration tasks.
- Skills: Proficient in file scanning, document checking, and general office support. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using office software and equipment.
