Lead Outside School Hours Care / Childcare Team

At TeamKids, we're passionate about enriching children's lives through our before, after, and holiday care programs. As a Director of Service, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences for our young customers.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position with some flexibility for working from home. You'll start with a comprehensive induction program to ensure your success, with ongoing support from a Mentor and Regional Manager.

  • Develop strong relationships with schools and local communities.
  • Enjoy autonomy to plan and deliver engaging programs.
  • Foster genuine connections with children and their families.
  • Manage service compliance and medical documentation.
  • Be the key liaison between TeamKids and your school community.
  • Service operating times: Before school care 7:00 am - 9:00 am & after school care 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm, plus 8 hours admin per week.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and be a team player.
  • Confident communication skills to interact with children, parents, colleagues, and school staff.
  • Have a genuine interest in creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.
  • Flexibility around admin hours - work from home or across one day or five.
