We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Tradesperson/Plumber to join our Facilities team at the University of Salford. As a key member of our estates team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, gas, and water services across our estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance and repairs of heating, ventilation, gas, and water services
- Working on your own initiative and as part of the wider estates team
- Providing exceptional customer care and communication skills
- Flexibility to work outside of agreed shift patterns, including early starts, late finishes, and occasional weekend work
