Roofing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Roofing Specialist to join our team at GreenSquareAccord. As a key member of our property maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring properties are repaired and maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out repairs, improvements, surveys, and measurements efficiently and economically in accordance with current working practices and all related health and safety legislation and good practice.
- Undertake a range of planned and responsive maintenance works, repairing, replacing, and maintaining properties to a high standard.
- Refurbish properties, including dwellings, garages, communal areas, and buildings.
To be successful in this role, you must be qualified to City & Guilds or NVQ2 level in Roofing, a Building-related trade, or demonstrate equivalent trade experience. A CSCS Card and asbestos awareness training would be desirable.
