Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Managing Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Niyaa People Ltd. As a key member of our Social Housing division, you will play a crucial role in managing the commercial aspects of our sub-regional office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Management: Oversee the commercial operations of the sub-regional office, ensuring accurate forecasting and future projections.
- Contract Management: Manage the CVR process on a monthly basis for all sub-regional contracts, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Team Support: Provide support to the team in forecasting and future projections, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of sub-regional contracts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in commercial management and contract administration.
- Excellent Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
