About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Onboarding Administrator to join our team at Allegis Global Solutions. As an Onboarding Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth onboarding of contingent workers into our system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Compliance Checks: Responsible for the initiation and completion of key onboarding checks, including Right to Work, to ensure compliance with Allegis Group policies and legislation.
  • Peer Auditing: Peer audit key onboarding checks and complete any corrective actions required to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Administrative Support: Manage internal inboxes and onboarding trackers, and provide administrative support to the team as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Support the rest of the team in ensuring candidates are compliant ahead of their start date, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to obtain required documentation and information.
  • Data Entry and Validation: Responsible for high volumes of data entry, validation of data, and integrity for all information entered into key systems.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: A subject matter expert on the compliance check process and policy, set by Allegis Group, our clients, and legislation.
  • Customer Queries: Dedicated point of contact for internal customer queries relating to onboarding, and proactively seeks solutions, escalating where appropriate.
Qualifications
  • Customer Focus: Customer focused, helpful, and willing to support at all times.
  • Self-Confidence and Integrity: Acts with self-confidence, decisiveness, and integrity at all times.
  • Accountability: Personally accountable and self-reliant.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills.
  • Technical Skills: Previous working knowledge of Microsoft and Oracle packages.
  • Administrative Experience: Previous experience of working within an office or administration.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous exposure to a Customer and/or Sales Support environment would be an advantage.
