About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and engaging female support worker to join our team at Dimensions. As a support worker, you will be working with a lady in her 60's, with complex needs, to empower her to live an active and fulfilling life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the lady with daily living skills, including personal care and medication administration.
  • Accompany her to favoured activities and support her to engage in new opportunities.
  • Maintain boundaries to ensure her safety and security.
  • Use Makaton signs to communicate with her and support her receptive language skills.

Requirements

  • Active and confident individual with the ability to maintain boundaries.
  • Full UK or EU driving licence to drive mobility vehicles.
  • Enhanced DBS disclosure required.
