About the Role

Mobysoft is seeking a highly skilled Implementation Consultant to join our team. As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of our software solutions for our clients in the Social Housing sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Consulting: Provide technical consulting and product expertise to customers, enabling comprehensive solutions to be delivered.
  • Project Management: Determine the scope of the solution, identifying and scheduling the resources required to successfully complete the implementation.
  • Client Support: Ensure sales, account management, and support have the appropriate tools to sell and support Mobysoft's products.
  • Documentation: Produce and manage client-facing documentation, conduct implementation pilots, and help clients envision the final solution.
  • Project Reporting: Present to internal stakeholders a detailed project review prior to customer launch and project reporting up to PMO.
  • Travel and Office Requirements: Willing to travel on an occasional basis to support key strategic client engagements and be office-based at least one day a week.
Requirements
  • Experience: Ideally 3+ years' experience, or Bachelor's degree and 1+ years' experience, working on a B2B and/or B2C role.
  • Technical Skills: Demonstrable ability to understand business and customer needs and apply technology solutions to meet client requirements, experience in data manipulation using appropriate applications such as MS Excel, and proficiency in SQL.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate technical concepts in an understandable way to non-technical colleagues and clients.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Natural ability to problem-solve and find job satisfaction in creating logical solutions.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge and experience working in the Social Housing sector, including Rent / Income Management and Housing Management Systems.
  • Software Implementation Experience: Experience using a CRM solution such as SalesForce and a background in software implementation and Software-as-a-Service systems.
