Astute People is partnering with a dynamic Independent Connection Provider (ICP) that excels in delivering sustainable and renewable infrastructure solutions. Their expertise encompasses substations, electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, and various renewable energy assets.

We are in search of a proficient Quantity Surveyor to oversee the financial aspects of critical contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure financial objectives are achieved
  • Deliver precise updates to stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Oversee payments to sub-contractors and suppliers
  • Support the preparation of payment applications
  • Identify and report any potential cost implications
  • Engage in project meetings to discuss progress and challenges

Required Professional Qualifications:

  • Experience with NEC and JCT contract frameworks
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a comparable position
  • Strong technical knowledge of project execution
  • Proficient in budget management

Essential Personal Skills:

  • Effective communicator with a collaborative approach
  • Skilled in managing contracts and tender processes

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000
