About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Team Member to join our team at Bourton Hall LTD. As a Bar Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional bar and drinks service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Bar Supervisor/Managers in all duties, including preparation, cleaning, and bar operations.
  • Provide timely and efficient bar and drinks service, promoting our excellent service standards.
  • Deal with customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Participate in all preparation, cleaning, and bar duties, maintaining high standards and a clean and tidy environment.
  • Ensure the smooth running of each service and event, maintaining high standards and acting as an ambassador for Bourton Hall LTD.
  • Carry out any other duties as required by the FOH Managers, General Manager/Venue Manager.
  • Ensure the safety of the building and people in it, with full awareness of health and safety procedures and operating in accordance with our health and safety policy.

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and team-oriented individual who is over 18 years old and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays. Experience is not essential, but desirable. Full training will be provided, including Allergen, Health & Safety, and Food Hygiene Training.
