Senior Radiographer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Radiographer to join our team at London Bridge Hospital. As a Senior Radiographer, you will play a key role in maintaining and developing our radiation oncology services, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and administer radiosurgery and radiotherapy treatments, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to departmental policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with senior radiographic staff to implement and monitor quality assurance procedures and protocols.
  • Maintain effective communication with all staff to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow across the radiation oncology services.
  • Operate radiosurgery and radiotherapy equipment, ensuring routine quality assurance procedures are carried out.
  • Record and report equipment faults and malfunctions to the Radiotherapy Service Manager and Physicist.
  • Contribute to the collection of accurate statistical information and participate in audits as required.
Requirements:
  • BSc (Hons) in Therapeutic Radiography or equivalent.
  • HCPC registration.
  • Post-graduation clinical experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of patient management systems, experience using Varian and Aria.
