About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our team at AJ Bell Management Limited. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for handling escalations from our Service Desk Team and providing technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide 2nd Line support via MS Teams, telephone, and remote access tools.
  2. Assist in planning, executing, and delivering Technology Service projects.
  3. Produce clear and precise documentation, including training materials, for multiple systems.
  4. Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, coding, and APIs.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.
  6. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
  7. Prioritize and manage multiple open cases and small projects simultaneously.
  8. Collaborate with the team to achieve our goals.
