Building Senior Surveyor

Mana Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join their team in the South East region.
The CompanyOur client, a multi-disciplined Structural Engineering practice, has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality services to complex and sensitive projects. The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor to forward their career servicing a bulging client base, predominantly in the high/ultra net worth Insurance sector. Key responsibilities include:
- Project management of building projects, typically £250K-£500K
- Providing complex survey and structural investigations
- Building adaptation/party wall
- CDM advice
- Expert witness services
- Providing surveying consultancy services on a wide range of, primarily residential and commercial buildings, in all forms of materials
We are looking for an ambitious candidate possessing the desire to further develop their career within a Building Surveying/Civil/Structural Engineering practice. Key requirements include:
- Experienced Building Surveyor
- Strong academic background
- Relevant industry experience - building repair and refurb
- Good knowledge of current building standards, analysis and codes of practice
- Experience of working to deadlines/within budgets on large scale projects
- Strong project management skills
- A sense of humour
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated
