Job Opportunity

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior or Principal Mechanical Engineer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and deliver designs for a range of project types and sizes.
  • Manage and lead mechanical services design on large projects.
  • Engage with junior support staff and offer guidance to ensure their development.
  • Ensure technical delivery and financial management of projects.
  • Innovate and research new ways of working, staying up-to-date with industry competitors.

Requirements:

  • Excellent technical knowledge in Mechanical Design Engineering and Building Services Engineering.
  • Previous consultancy experience, with an appreciation for complementary specialisms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, leading small to medium-sized projects.
  • Proven client-facing skills and an appreciation of client needs.
  • Ability to mentor and supervise junior members of staff.
