**About the Role**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic GPhC Registered Pharmacist to join our team as a Pharmacist Manager at Evolve Selection Ltd. This is a full-time, permanent position offering stable hours from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy management, with experience in leading teams and driving business growth. Our client prioritizes the development and well-being of team members, fostering a culture of long-term employment and continuous growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead a team of pharmacists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care and services.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
**Requirements**
- Registered GPhC Pharmacist with a strong background in pharmacy management.
- Preferably possess MUR accreditation and ProScript experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
