You will be working in a fast-paced environment, managing a portfolio of clients and candidates, and developing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities to find top talent for our clients.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and support.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and provide expert advice to clients on recruitment best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and share knowledge and expertise with colleagues to drive business growth.
