Working Foreman Opportunity

Lindum Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Working Foreman to join our minor works team in the Lincoln area.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising minor construction projects, including small extensions, internal and external refurbishment works, re-roofs, drainage, civils, and tarmac projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a site team and on-site labour to ensure projects are completed to a high standard.
  • Organize and coordinate works according to a programme and construction drawings.
  • Ensure compliance with the Group's quality and safety standards.
  • Direct contact with clients and responsibility for instructing and motivating site teams.
  • Travel to required site locations in the region.

Requirements

  • Trade experience, ideally in bricklaying, carpentry, groundworks, and a good understanding of all construction trades and techniques.
  • Ability to manage workload and coordinate works according to a programme.
  • Current SSSTS or SMSTS qualification and other in-date safety training would be an advantage.
  • Full driving licence is essential.
