Job Title: Social Media Manager / Copywriter

We're seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager / Copywriter to join our team at ADLIB Recruitment | B Corp®. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement and growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, X, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with our team to create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Manage and maintain our clients' social media presence, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our clients remain competitive.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing strategic advice and guidance to help them achieve their social media goals.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management and copywriting.
  • Proven track record of creating engaging content that drives results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective features.
