**Job Summary:**

Bulb Resourcing is a leading provider of fixed line and wireless telecoms services. We are seeking a highly skilled Safety and Quality Expert to join our team. As a key member of our SHEQ department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, clients, and contractors.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist in the development and implementation of our Company Management System relating to Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality
* Advise and guide staff on the implementation of SHEQ policies and procedures
* Deliver Construction Phase Plans for company projects and submit to clients under CDM regs
* Conduct risk assessments and ensure they are reviewed as necessary
* Support the production, review, and implementation of Project Management Plans and Safety, Health Environmental & Quality documentation
* Ensure monthly/quarterly Health & Safety inspections are carried out
* Identify training requirements for the team with regards to SHEQ

**Requirements:**

* NEBOSH General Safety or equivalent
* Experience in managing Health and Safety as a Tier 1 contractor
* Strong understanding of Quality, Health & Safety processes, and procedures
