Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice on eyewear selection, ensuring customers receive the best possible solution for their needs.
- Work closely with customers to understand their visual requirements and preferences, using your knowledge to make informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the store team to ensure seamless customer service and efficient operations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest products, trends, and technological advancements in the industry to provide customers with the best possible recommendations.
- A degree or diploma in Optometry or Ophthalmic Dispensing with registration on the General Optical Council.
