Join Our Team as a Shift Leader - Back of House

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at German Doner Kebab in Broadmead, Bristol. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading our Back of House team to deliver exceptional food quality and guest service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Back of House team to achieve industry-leading guest service and food quality standards.
  • Ensure all team members are trained and equipped to deliver exceptional products and guest service.
  • Monitor and maintain proper food handling and safety standards while preparing food.
  • Manage stock levels and availability to maintain profitability.
  • Work closely with the Restaurant Management team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and lead by example.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Basic math skills and ability to manage cash and stock.
