Team Administrator 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to provide administrative support to a Senior Manager and their teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing diary, secretarial, and general administrative assistance, as well as scheduling internal and external meetings, preparing meeting packs, and organizing travel and room bookings.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to a Senior Manager and their teams
- Schedule internal and external meetings, prepare meeting packs, and organize travel and room bookings
- Manage information requests and ensure the receipt of information and material requested
- Upload documents into SharePoint from Egress workspace or other IT systems
- Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders to manage diaries and ensure they are up to date and well organized
- Organize and prepare documents, including preparing agendas, taking internal meeting notes, and recording actions
- This role offers an excellent opportunity to join the teams as they take on a new challenge and to help them be as effective as possible over the next phase of the project
- You will be able to develop your skills and experience working with teams that are responding to topical issues arising from the war in Ukraine
- Due to a Senior Manager also being recruited for this team, there will be an opportunity to provide one-on-one support to them, furthering your PA skills and experience
- 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays
