The Role

Due to the development and expansion of the firm's Civil Litigation, it is now seeking to appoint an experienced Associate / Solicitor to work alongside its existing Civil Litigation Team dealing with a range of cases across all aspects of Civil and Commercial Litigation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deal with a range of cases across all aspects of Civil and Commercial Litigation
  • Work alongside the existing Civil Litigation Team
  • Provide an exceptional level of service to clients
  • Develop relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Be able to work under pressure and deliver against set timescales

Requirements

  • A qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE
  • Existing Civil Litigation / Commercial Litigation experience
  • Good understanding of the CPR
  • Strong technical and organisation skills
  • Ability to adopt a commercial perspective to legal issues
  • Highly client-focused
  • Team-orientated with a willingness to mentor, coach and supervise less experienced members
