Job Summary

Boys and Girls Country of Houston, Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Night Duty Manager to join our team at a development in a major city. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of concierge and security personnel, ensuring the highest level of customer service and maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the night team to ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and procedures are followed.
  • Utilize staff, contractors, and other resources to ensure the highest quality of service is provided, meeting all requirements of the management contract, lease(s), and service standards.
  • Oversee contractor management routines, utilizing systems to ensure contracts are effectively implemented, and contractor works and behavior are effectively monitored.
  • Support the ongoing asset management routines of the development, aiming to ensure planned maintenance tasks, risk action tasks, and mobilization tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Support the mobilization process, including liaison with clients, support teams, and other stakeholders involved in the mobilization of the site.
  • Take ownership of ensuring risks are identified and actioned, and liaise with other team members, the client, support teams, contractors, and customers to ensure high standards of health and safety and risk management.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong understanding of health and safety.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, with experience in people management.
  • Excellent communication and written skills, with the ability to work effectively with contractors and other stakeholders.
  • Computer literacy and the ability to utilize systems to ensure effective implementation of contracts and monitoring of contractor works and behavior.
  • Additional language skills may be beneficial.
