Job Title: Graduate Technical Systems Administrator

Interface Recruitment UK is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Graduate Technical Systems Administrator to join our team. As a Graduate Technical Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT issues, including 2nd line and 3rd line support tickets
  • Administer Office 365, including user account management and equipment commissioning
  • Maintain an asset register of IT equipment and proactively monitor critical infrastructure
  • Perform server administration tasks in Exchange, Active Directory, and Hyper-V
  • Participate in project work to implement recommendations from IT management to improve existing processes or create new ones
  • Set up Windows desktop and server systems from scratch, including hardware upgrades
Requirements:
  • Significant experience of Windows 7/10 and Server
  • Experience with Office 365, Microsoft Azure AD, and Azure
  • Hyper-V Server Administration
  • Experience with wired and wireless networks
  • Experience in diagnosing and fixing networking issues
  • Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft SharePoint, SQL Server databases, Firewall configuration, and Storage Area Network devices
