We are seeking a highly skilled Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Adaptable Recruitment. As a key member of our property team, you will be responsible for conducting property viewings, negotiating rental agreements, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct Property Viewings: Meet with potential tenants to showcase properties and provide detailed information about the properties, including features, amenities, and local area.
- Negotiate Rental Agreements: Work closely with clients to negotiate rental agreements that meet their needs and budget.
- Liaise with Tenants: Communicate effectively with tenants to ensure smooth transactions and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Provide Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with local property market trends and provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding available properties.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle paperwork and documentation related to rental agreements and property viewings.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in lettings or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and tenants.
