Private Client Paralegal Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and career-driven Paralegal to join our busy Private Client team at a leading law firm in Canterbury.

About the Role:

  • Provide full legal support to one fee earner
  • Manage diaries and schedules
  • Onboard new clients and conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks
  • Prepare letters and emails
  • Utilize digital dictation tools
  • Process billing and invoicing
  • Initial drafting of basic wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
  • Ensure accurate filing of correspondence and documents in the case management system

Requirements:

  • Commercial experience as a Legal Secretary/Assistant in a Private Client practice
  • Basic understanding and application of Wills and Probate Laws
  • Previous experience with Legal software packages and/or case management systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
