About the Role:

Staffline is seeking dedicated Logistics Pickers to join our team in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements:

• Personal transportation is necessary due to the work location.

Compensation:

The hourly wage is £12.21, with overtime available at £15.26 per hour.

Shift Pattern:

This position operates on a 4 on, 4 off schedule, with optional overtime days offered.

Working Hours:

• Day shifts from 7am to 7pm

Please be aware that shift times may vary based on business needs.

Your Responsibilities:

• Operate in a chilled environment, approximately 35 degrees.
• Allocate stock to designated locations.
• Transfer stock between departments and reallocate finished products.

This role will involve using handheld scanning devices.

You should be comfortable working in chilled conditions and standing for extended periods.

Physical Requirements:

Some manual handling may be necessary, including lifting weights up to 20kg.

Ideal Candidate:

The perfect candidate will possess basic English communication skills, demonstrate a strong work ethic, and maintain attention to detail to minimize errors.

Previous experience in a similar role as a Picker or Warehouse Operative is advantageous, but not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided.
