Role Overview

Your Responsibilities

As a Registered Paediatric Nurse within our care packages, you will deliver exceptional nursing services to children with complex health requirements in the community. Collaboration with families and the multidisciplinary team is essential, under the guidance of our paediatric complex community nurse. You will follow a current care plan to ensure you understand the needs and preferences of each client. Your role will focus on providing comprehensive, child-centered care, empowering the child or young person to achieve their fullest potential. This position offers rewarding experiences and flexible working arrangements if desired.

Qualifications Required

Essential Criteria

  • Registered Children’s Nurse Diploma or Degree with a valid NMC Pin
  • A strong commitment to delivering optimal care for clients
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, compassionate, and caring demeanor
  • Prior experience in paediatric nursing
