Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of operations staff to ensure smooth facility operations
- Oversee maintenance and repair of plant equipment to minimize downtime
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Relevant degree or Higher National Diploma/Certificate in a relevant Engineering discipline (mechanical or electrical)
- Strong understanding of civil engineering and plant operations
- Extensive experience in maintaining Power or Process Plants
- Technical expertise to oversee operations, maintenance, and commissioning plans effectively
- Ability to demonstrate openness to new ideas and champion their implementation
