Position: Registered Care Manager – Support for Individuals with Disabilities

Essential Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a managerial role within the care sector, specifically with Learning Disabilities
  • Possession of QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management, Registered Managers Award, or NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care (preferred)
  • Proven experience in managing and leading teams effectively
  • In-depth knowledge of CQC standards, health and social care legislation, and compliance requirements
  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional, personalized care and a commitment to continuous improvement.
