We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Property Sales Consultant to join our team at Duval Associates. As a Senior Property Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of property sales, including property valuations, financial service appointments, sign-ups, conveyancing quotes, and instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of residential sales and conduct team meetings to ensure adherence to company standards and current legislation.
- Identify potential buyers and sellers, secure maximum quality viewings, valuations, instructions, and financial services appointments.
- Conduct canvassing and accompany viewings to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Manage withdrawals through negotiation and manage client expectations to achieve successful sales outcomes.
- Manage sales progression and communicate regularly with solicitors, buyers, and sellers to ensure timely and efficient sales processes.
- Secure offers and maximize value streams by analyzing market and business data to prepare vendor reports.
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience at the Senior Negotiator level.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation affecting residential sales and lettings.
- Proven experience in sales progression and valuations.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- A valid UK driving license required.
