About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Process Technologist to join our team at Vanta Staffing Limited. As a Process Technologist, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of new products manufactured by our client, an award-winning artisan food manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse and design processes for new products, ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • Create product manuals and visual records of all processes and machines used.
  • Coordinate product reviews with sales, technical, and senior management to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Develop product passports and contribute to product launches.
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed and work to the department's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the factory and work to the company's high standards at all times.
  • Work to health and safety policies.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year's experience as a Process Technologist with a focus on New Product Development.
  • Proven people management skills.
  • Enthusiastic, positive, and motivational attitude.
  • Experience of managing demand, workflow, and supply.
  • Reliable and conscientious.
  • Courteous, polite, and professional.
